As a certified Empowerment Life Coach my job is to help people get unstuck, reenergized and refocused. I help people navigate through the change process- thinking differently, behaving differently, taking action and being accountable for change. This coaching/change process helps people transform and accomplish their personal, professional and relationship goals.

Following my 30 year career in sales and marketing,

I've spent the last 6 years consulting and coaching entrepreneurs, small business owners and professionals looking to grow in their professional and personal lives.
